Parent & Guardian Access

Parents or guardians logging in for the first time will use the same login information as their own patient portal account. To access a child’s record, please text our office to request access for each child you would like to view.

If you are not yet a patient, the username will be the email address we have on file for your child. Please contact us to receive a temporary password.
